We like to start our day with a whole lot of wholesomeness. Whatever I have in the fridge, that’s what goes into our blender. I try to include: 40% leaves, 40% fruit, 10% superfood. Today’s was spinach + kiwi, strawberry and pear + cranberries, flax seeds, maca powder. If I know my husband and Hazel has one of these every day, I don’t mind too much what they have the rest of the day. At least they had their daily dose of goodness in a glass.
Your 14-month old probably also wants to do everything you do… And that’s what’s so wonderful about setting the example of eating healthy. If she sees you’re having, she’s more likely to taste it too.
