Kindly allow 10-12 working days for any order placed on the shop and another 1-2 days for shipping. Outlying areas, Black Friday and during hard lockdown may take longer to deliver. Jewellery orders may be delivered sooner as most jewellery items are stocked on hand. SweatGear, Jackets and Bags are manufactured locally and made per order.
If you’ve ordered from more than one category, you may receive different parcels as they are shipped from different locations.
Gift Cards may be used on sale items. Coupon codes cannot be applied to sale items.
Exchanges and Refunds Policy
If you are not satisfied with any of the products you have purchased from We Wear What, kindly notify us at email@example.com within 10 days of receiving your order. We always strive to do our best in terms of client satisfaction and the quality of our product, and will accommodate our clients as much as possible.
Returns, refunds and exchanges will not be permitted on PROMOTIONAL / SALE items.
Any changes to orders that have already been placed and paid for, need to be done within 24 hours of placing the order. We are unable to change any orders after this time. No refunds will be done if the client orders incorrectly such as 2 items instead of 1 etc.
When returning your merchandise, consider using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be liable for missing parcels.

You are welcome to exchange your order within 10 days of the date of delivery in its original packaging and condition. Exchanges will only be processed if a different size is required of the items in your order. Exchanges cannot be done for a different design or length. Clients are responsible for the shipping cost of any items that need to be exchanged. The shipping costs of the new items that have been corrected in size, will be shipped free of charge. An additional 10 day waiting period needs to be considered, as per our original terms and conditions when the new sized items are ordered, as they need to go through the production process again.
We always strive to do our best in terms of client satisfaction and the quality of our product. Although we do not process refunds, with exception in certain cases, it may be considered.
In a possible circumstance where a manufacturing default may occur, the item will be replaced. If this is the case, SweatGear will arrange a courier to collect the incorrect/faulty item and resend the correct ones. The client won’t be liable for shipping costs should this be the case.

As per most plated jewellery, the chance of discolouration over a period of time is always a possibility.
Be sure to follow these tips to minimise the the risk and be sure your jewels stay in a beautiful condition.
- Perfume and the chemicals within can damage the metal, make sure your perfume is dry before putting on your beautiful jewels.
2. It is best not to swim, sleep, shower or exercise with your jewellery. Sweat does not react well with the plating of the jewels.
3. Store your jewels away from other jewellery to avoid scratches.
4. To restore shine to your beautiful jewellery you can rub them with a jewellery cloth after wearing.
Our bags are locally produced, and are made per order. Our leather sling bags can be exchanged, if the item does not meet your expectation.
Most businesses do not entertain any custom orders – the gap for misunderstanding and the loss on the manufacturer side is inevitable.
We as a company do not put ourselves “out there” in terms of custom designs and orders, but we will always try and accommodate the client as far as possible.
Please take note that we won’t be able to exchange or refund any custom bags. Please make sure that when ordering a custom bag, everything such as leather colour, stud type and colours, strap length and bag size is specified so that miscommunication can be avoided.
